2nd series of Culinary Demo and Dialogue “Foochow Fermented Red Yeast Fried Chicken”

MIRI: Yayasan Perpaduan Sarawak (YPS) and its partner MYY Living Arts will host the 2nd series of Culinary Demo and Dialogue “Foochow Fermented Red Yeast Fried Chicken” on May 28, 2022 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at WAT Academy Miri by Mdm Ting En Thien from WAT Academy Sarawak. The workshop is free and open to the public in Miri.

The aim of the Culinary Demo and Dialogue is to promote dialogue, discovery, mastery, and innovation of Sarawakian dishes, as well as to share how to prepare local Sarawakian delicacies with the audience.

The first ten registered participants will receive ten sets of fresh ingredients for a hands-on session, while the public is welcome to join to watch. Aside from that, it also will be live-streamed on Myylivingarts and Yayasan Perpaduan Sarawak’s Facebook pages.
